Ideas to explore...
Thank-you so much for being new contributors to my page. Your are personally allowing me to dig deeper and go beyond the greenwash. To show my appreciation I’d like to give you the opportunity to engage in an exclusive behind the scenes dialogue as to what issues need to be explored.
What currently has my attention is “why” we seem unwilling to take on our economic system to fight off the rapidly approaching effects of climate change. As you may have read - I’ve addressed this idea in some of my previous articles but it’s a fascinating topic that requires much more research and contemplation.
Going forward I plan to look at 3 important ideas that are all interrelated.
Myth, ideology and fantasy.
1) The myth that capitalism is the greatest system.
2) The ideology that letting academics or government tell us what to do is the first step towards overreach which ends with communism
3) The fantasy that we can do this without sacrifice.
